What is this scholarship about?

To keep the visions of the personnel to focus on quality, internationally, and the excellence in leadership.

Requirements

1. Must be at least leader of a group of governors or above.
2. Must be a senior manager of an institute or a division.
3. A head of university or science institute.
4. Ever experienced at least 3 years of working or interning with international companies, must not be over 45 years old, and graduated from at least Bachelor degree.
