On May the 22^nd, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Kotchasit, VRU Acting President, led a team of related university committee to Xi’an University, China, to meet with Prof. Dr. Chen Gung, President of Xi’an University, China, to sign in an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to work on the joint degree programs and to tighten the bonds between Thailand and China.

The meeting was held in Xi’an University, China.
