On May the 24th, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Kotchasit, VRU Acting President, with a group of university committee, signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Prof. Zang Zhenchun, President of Zhoukou Normal University, to promote academic collaboration, personnel development, and students exchange in Bachelor degree and graduate levels.
The VRU Acting President and team also congratulated to Zhoukou Normal University lecturers who graduated the graduate programs from Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage.
