On May the 23^rd, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Kotchasit, VRU Acting President, and a group of university committee attended the meeting to establish an academic MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Zhoukou Senior High School to promote the joint programs in Bachelor degree and graduate levels.
