On May the 23rd, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Kotchasit, VRU Acting President, with related VRU committee, visited Zhoukou Normal University, China, to celebrate the 50th year of founding anniversary of Zhoukou Normal University, as Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage, Thailand, and Zhoukou Normal University, China, have been cooperated in academic for long time. 

The VRU Acting President had also met with VRU-graduated Chinese students that are now studying master and doctor degrees in Zhoukou Normal University, China.
